In Paris CDG, Air Austral operates flights from CDG2 terminal. You can easily connect with trains : the rail station is based CDG 2C.

The train ticket price is therefore included in the air ticket total price. 

Passengers may simply present themselves 20 minutes before scheduled departure hour at the tgvair office of the train station in order to get their TGV boarding card precising the train, car and seat numbers..

Air-train routes are eligible to electronic ticket.

  1. You will receive your e-ticket with all information about your flights (itinerary, confirmation of payment, schedules, baggage allowance...).
  2. You are travelling from a rail station, we invite you to go to the TGV*/Air (Thalys) desk : give to the agent a copy of your e-ticket and show your identity document. Then, you will receive the train ticket. At your arrival in Paris CDG 2A, just go to Air Austral check-in desks.
  3. You are travelling from Reunion : your luggage will be checked only to Paris CDG. At your arrival, you must take your luggage and go to the rail station : CDG 2C. Then, go to the "TGV* AIR desk" : give to the agent a copy of your ticket. In exchange, you will receive your train ticket.
