You can book up to 9 passengers per order : adulte(s) and children. Children and infants can not be booked alone.

 

An infant is always accompanied by a guardian : only one infant per guardian. more about

Child and infant special discounts can be offered depending routes and applicable fares. Consult our fare rules to know more about eligible routes and conditions.

Youth fare 12-25 years

A special fare for young travellers, from 12 years of age to 25 years of age, available on eligible routes : more about

 

Thus, young passengers must be booked in a separate file to benefit from advantages.

 

On non-eligible routes, "adult" fare rules are applied.

Fares and availibility

On www.air-austral.com, fares are displayed "all inclusive" : service fees included.

 

Fares and availiblity vary in real time. Only the confirmation of booking can guarantee your desired selection at the moment of your booking.

 

At the end of the booking process, you will receive in your mailbox, a confirmation of your booking with your booking reference (PNR), with all information about your trip.

Controls of online transaction : avoiding risks of fraud

The credit card used for payment can be requested at the moment of check-in for control : keep it on hand.

 

These measures aim at avoid risks of fraud on credit card : unlawful use of your credit card number

 

All Credit Card transactions are scanned by Air Austral. Air Austral reserves the right to request, by any mean, the following documents :

  • readable copy of the credit card (front only) used for payment of the booking. In case the credit card holder is not part of the traveling party, the control is systematic.
  • readable copy of identity card/passport: card holder and passenger

In case the above documents are not produced, Air Austral reserves the right to:

  • cancel tickets bought with the credit card used for payment
  • deny boarding to the passenger.
