E-ticket, air-train ticket

Which is the electronic ticket : e-ticket?

All Air Austral routes are eligible to electronic ticket.

During booking, you provide us :

  • identity document number (ID, passport),
  • credit card number,
  • capricorn card number.

Then, once paid, your ticket is created and stored in our booking system : you can not lose it.

We send it to you by email with all information for your flight(s) (itinerary, booking reference, payment reference, schedules, checked-baggage allowance...).

Print and take it with you during your journey : you will have to show it at Air Austral check-in desk and at Immgigration, as proof of your booking.

During check-in procedure, prepare :

  • identity document, provided during booking,
  • with a copy of your et-ticket.

Then, after control, your boarding pass will be provided.

How and when will i receive my tickets?

You've just booked your flight on www.air-austral.com : we thank your for your confidence, welcome aboard.

You paid on line and your authorization request was accepted on Ogone's secure payment portal : you will receive within the hour following the booking, your e ticket, by email.

For any payment by phone, your tickets will be sent after having paid your order with our call center : +33 825 013 012

Where can i find my ticket number?

Your ticket number is mentionned on your e ticket, that you received by email.

It is composed of 13 numbers and it begins with 760.

Air-train ticket : how to use it?

In Paris CDG, the rail station and the Air Austral counter are located in the same terminal: CDG2. So you can easily connect.

The train ticket price is therefore included in the air ticket total price.

Routes :

  • Rail station CDG 2 > Air Austral check-in area = 10 minutes walking
  • "Baggage claim"> Rail station CDG 2 = 10 minutes walking

Passengers may simply present themselves 20 minutes before scheduled departure hour at the tgvair office of the train station in order to get their TGV boarding card precising the train, car and seat numbers.

You can select among 20 rail stations in France and Belgium.

Fares

  • First class TGV* Air Club Austral and Comfort classes : 120 Euros / per way
  • 2nd class TGV* Air Loisirs class : 60 Euros / per way

Air-train routes are eligible to electronic ticket

  1. You will receive your e-ticket with all information about your flights (itinerary, confirmation of payment, schedules, baggage allowance...).
  2. You are travelling from a rail station, we invite you to go to the TGV*/Air (Thalys) counter : give to the agent a copy of your e-ticket and show your identity document. Then, you will receive the train ticket. At your arrival in Paris CDG 2A, just go to Air Austral check-in desks.
  3. You are travelling from Reunion : your luggage will be checked only to Paris CDG. At your arrival, you must take your luggage and go to the rail station : CDG 2C. Then, go to the "TGV* AIR desk" : give to the agent a copy of your ticket. In exchange, you will receive your train ticket.
