Award request form

For the award ticket, the companion ticket and the upgrade award, any request must be sent to the capricorne service at the latest 7 business days before your departure. A specific fare class is needed for the booking : submitted to availibility.

For the award ticket, the companion ticket and the upgrade award, ticketing will be made within the 72 hours following booking. (beyond this time-limit, the booking will be cancelled).

Any change is possible until the lastest worked day before departure.

Awards are not refundable. A award request form, signed by the capricorn card owner and a copy of his identity document will be required at the moment of booking.
