You can exchange your valid "travelling" points for an award ticket  for yourself or the person of your choice.

Terms of use

Award tickets do not give right to earn « travelling » points or « voucher » points on your account.

Award tickets are valid one year from their date of issue. The combination of several Air Austral connections is authorized, each stage being debited of the number of points corresponding to the current points system. For award tickets with multiple connections, stopovers while in transit are forbidden. In case of voluntary stopover, a new voucher or a paid ticket will be issued if the booking classes are not available or the account holder’s balance is insufficient.

Changes in booking are authorized with penalty of 50€ per transaction :

  • Before the start of a trip, route change, changes of beneficiary, travelling date and time are possible
  • After the start of the trip, changes of date and time only are possible.
