About the e-ticket benefits
All Air Austral routes are eligible to electronic ticket.
- During booking, you communicate us :
- identity document number (ID, passport),
- credit card number,
- capricorn card number.
- Then, once paid, your ticket is created and stored in our booking system : you can not lose it.
- . We send it to you by email" with all information for your flight(s) (itinerary, booking reference, payment refernce, schedules, checked-baggage allowance...). Print and take it with you during your journey : you will have to show it at Air Austral check-in desk and at Immgigration, as proof of your booking.
- During check-in procedure, prepare :
- identity document, provided during booking,
- with a copy of your et-ticket.
Then, after control, you boarding pass will be provided.
