Additional fees for sports equipment on regional network
Air Austral will only accept sports equipment appropriately packed to avoid damage and complying with size restrictions.
Let us know you needs at least 7 days before your flight departure : an authorization is compulsory :

| Golf equipment | One bag per passenger. Free transport if the weight does not exceed 20 kg. Beyond, you will need to pay an extra fee per additional kilogram with a maximum fixed fee of 40€. |
| Diving | Free transport if the weight does not exceed 20 kg. Beyond, you will need to pay an extra fee per additional kilogram. |
| Windsurfer | Included in your free checked baggage allowance. Beyond this allowance, you will need to pay an extra fee per additional kilogram with a maximum fixed fee of 30€. |
| Surfboard | Included in your free checked baggage allowance. Beyond this allowance, you will need to pay an extra fee per additional kilogram with a maximum fixed fee of 20€. |
| Bicycle (adult) | Included in your free checked baggage allowance. Beyond this allowance, you will need to pay an extra fee per additional kilogram with a maximum fixed fee of 60€. |
| Bicycle (child) | Included in your free checked baggage allowance. Beyond this allowance, you will not need to pay extra baggage fee. |
Preparing your bicycle
Bikes must be packed in a protective bag or carton :
- Remove pedals
- Fix the handlebar sideways
- Deflate the tyres
