Toulouse, capital of Occitanie, is called " pink city " because of the the profusion of color of its buildings: bricks, tiles and light. This French historic city, classified city of art and history, offers rich and unique landscapes to the world with fourteen carillons intra muros and numerous Hotels of the Renaissance stemming from the Golden age linked to the business of the Pastel (the Blue Gold of the Pays de Cocagne).

The geographical situation of Toulouse, in the heart of South-west, seduces the senses. The restaurants of the city serve all the specialities of the region, famous for its gastronomy, among which the famous Toulousian Cassoulet, the duck livers, the duck confits, the cheeses, the wines, etc. Markets also offer an anthology of colors and flavours to the accent of the Midi-Toulouse region.
