You’ve planned to travel with Air Austral: we would like to thank you for your confidence.

-  For any travel abroad, the knowledge of country’s entrance and residence formilities, plus forms of identification is essential

-  We invite you to consult the administrative or consular authority of the country of destination in order to know:

  • the country’s entrance and residence formalities;
  • the forms of identification you will be asked to present and their expiration dates: we recommend a passport, at least valid 6 months after the date of return with two white pages.

-  Without these documents, you may be refused permission to embark or not be allowed to disembark at your final destination.

Important:

  • Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries to be flown from, into or through which you transit.
  • Air Austral will not be liable for the consequences to any Passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.
