If you have purchased your ticket:
- In a travel agency, we invite you to contact your travel agency for reimbursement,
- In an Air Austal agency, we invite you to go directly to your Air Austral agency to obtain a refund If you purchased your ticket online at www.air-austral.com, your Fare Conditions are attached to the booking confirmation email that was sent to you.
Taxes
In the event of cancellation of travel and/or non-use of tickets, including non-refundable tickets, you may request a refund of individualized taxes
