Timeframe for booking

You can book from 72 hours until 360 days prior to the day of flight departure.

Travellers

Adult, child, infant

You can book up to 9 passengers per order : adulte(s) and children. Children and infants can not be booked alone..

An infant is always accompanied by a guardian : only one infant per guardian. Air Austral, travel with your infant

Youth fare 12-25 years

A special fare for young travellers, from 12 years of age to 25 years of age, available on eligible routes : Youth fare 12-25

Thus, young passengers must be booked in a separate file to benefit from advantages.

On non-eligible routes, "adult" fare rules are applied.

Fares and availability

On www.air-austral.com, fares are displayed "all inclusive" : service fees included.

Fares and availability vary in real time. Only the confirmation of booking can guarantee your desired selection at the moment of your booking.

At the end of the booking process, you will receive in your mailbox, a confirmation of your booking with your booking reference (PNR), with all information about your trip.

On these pages, we display : fare classes, minimum/maximum stay length, conditions for changes and/or cancellation, fare combination rules, child/infant applicable discount(s).

Service fees

Since 7 January 2014, for any booking on www.air-austral.com, service fees are applied. Fare: 5 euros per passenger.

Service fees are not refundable in case of changes or cancellation of your ticket.

Payment methods

Online secure payment

On www.air-austral.com, you can pay on a secure online payment portal, developed by our partner Ogone. We accept payment by : Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Once your transaction is authorized, you receive by email : an email of confirmation and your ticket(s).

Ogone is Austral's partner and also : the leader in Europe for secure payment system provider.

All transactions are secured thanks to the protocol SSL 3.0 128 bits : encryption of filled data.

Ogone is certified by : American Express (TDC), MasterCard and Visa (PCI DSS). It is a guarantee of compliance of demanding standards of security.

Payment with Air Austral voucher (MCO)

For online bookings, payment with Air Austral voucher is accepted only for payment by phone :

Controls of online transaction : avoiding risks of fraud

The credit card used for payment can be requested at the moment of check-in for control : keep it on hand.

These measures aim at avoid risks of fraud on credit card : unlawful use of your credit card number.

All Credit Card transactions are scanned by Air Austral. Air Austral reserves the right to request, by any mean, the following documents :

• readable copy of the credit card (front only) used for payment of the booking. In case the credit card holder is not part of the traveling party, the control is systematic.
• readable copy of identity card/passport: card holder and passenger

In case the above documents are not produced, Air Austral reserves the right to :

• cancel tickets bought with the credit card used for payment
• deny boarding to the passenger.

Time limit for receipt : within the 24h following the mailing date.
