How to get my TGV INOUI ticket ?
Experience the Air Austral TRAIN + AIR offer, a service in partnership with TGV INOUI
For each train journey, you must present yourself at the Train + Air counter at the departure station at least 20 minutes in advance.
Documents to be presented:
- Two copies of your electronic ticket
- You will give one copy to the Train + Air agent
- Keep the other copy during your trip
- Valid identity card, passport
IF YOUR TRIP BEGINS WITH THE TGV INOUI TRAIN
- Get to the Train + Air counter at your departure station at least 20 minutes in advance, with the documents listed above. These documents are mandatory. the Train + Air agent will give you an SNCF ticket in exchange of the electronic ticket. For security reasons, luggage is not checked in. When you arrive at the airport, an AIR AUSTRAL - Train + Air agent will be waiting to answer your questions.
- You will be guided to the Air Austral check-in area
- A dedicated check-in counter will be specially reserved for you, so that you do not have to wait at the check-in desks
YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS WITH THE AIR AUSTRAL FLIGHT
- When you check in for your flight, a special tag will be attached to your hold baggage
- When your flight arrives at CDG2, you will be asked to collect your luggage.
- Train + Air service: Since November 8, 2021, train tickets are available in the baggage claim area
From November 16, 2022, train tickets will be dematerialized for a 100% digital journey.
To receive your TGV INOUI ticket, you need to register from 72 hours before your journey, with your booking reference or ticket number, on the ACCESSRAIL portal
