I am diabetic, can I carry my insulin?

Diabetic passengers may carry in their hand luggage the insulin they need for the entire duration of their trip (including the outbound flight, stay and return flight), as well as the equipment required to monitor their blood glucose levels. They may therefore carry several insulin pens.

All diabetic passengers must carry a valid prescription in their name, as passengers are only permitted to carry in the cabin medication and equipment intended for their personal use.

Please note: used syringes are not collected by cabin crew. Passengers are required to take their used syringe(s) with them.
