To place a bid with CIEL PLUS Upgrade, you must have a valid and issued Air Austral ticket (ticket number must start with 760).
You can place your bid up to 24 hours before flight departure, or purchase a CIEL PLUS Upgrade for a fixed amount between 24 hours and 4 hours prior flight departure.
