Advice for your flight Reunion-Paris : check in online the day before your departure. The day after you can drop-off your baggage during the indicated time slot. Then you avoid files.
Practical : you can check-in on all the Air Austral flights of the day and drop-off your baggage.
Delay, cancellation, boarding denying
If you are denied boarding or if your flight is cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, ask at the check-in counter or boarding gate for the text stating your rights, particularly with regard to compensation and assistance
