Before proceeding, please get :

• Your booking reference on your electronic ticket ( 6 character alpha numeric expression)
• Keep within reach your passport
• If you have got a printer, connect it : you'll be able toprint your boarding pass at the end of the process.

1- Identification

In order to initiate the check-in process :

• Enter your surname
• and you booking reference/ticket number from your eticket

2- Select/Add passengers

Select the passengers you'd like to check in. Online check-in is available for up to nine (9) passengers (adults and children) who are travelling together on the same booking. Click on "add passengers" to complete the displayed selection in case of missing passenger

3- Select your seat

At this step, you will have the option of :

• Confirming/changing seats
• Adding any missing MyCapricorne card number 

4- Your boarding pass

You've completed the check-in process

A boarding pass can immediately be issued for each passenger. You can :

• Print it
• And/or, send it to yourself by email

* flights to South Africa : passengers have to pick up the boarding pass at the check in desk - for control of travel documents
