Before you go : requirements

Passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas and specific permits which may be required under the legal and regulatory provisions in force in departure, arrival and transit States, and must comply with the requirements of the authorities of these countries regarding immigration and border checks.

 

The Carrier may not be held liable for the consequences suffered by Passengers in the event of failure to comply with the obligations referred to in the paragraph above.

Reunion > Mauritius

Wearing a face mask is still mandatory on board our aircraft and upon arrival at the airport.

  • Vaccinated passengers: you will need to present a complete vaccination schedule, in paper format. The vaccines validated by the Mauritian authorities are AstraZeneca Covishield, AstraZeneca Vaxzevria, Covaxin, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm, Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sputnik.
  • It is mandatory to arrange COVID-19 insurance health cover (Mauritian citizens, resident permit holders and occupational permit holders are exempted)
  • You can book through your tour operator, travel agent or directly with the hotel reservation
  • For hotel stays a mandatory antigen test is required on arrival at your hotel (day 0) and again on day 5 of your stay. These will be chargeable subject to your hotel policy
  • You can explore the island after you receive a negative result from your antigen test on day 0
  • All travellers must fill out the mandatory health forms before or during your flight to Mauritius. To save time, you can fill out the ALL IN ONE FORM : link. This will generate a PDF for you to print, sign and take with you. Please hand to immigration and health officials on arrival at Mauritius airport.
Reunion > Madagascar

  • Travel documents if you are vaccinated : Proof of vaccination, it will only be valid if it proves that you are fully vaccinated

In addition, the current travel conditions require the following mandatory measures:

  • Presentation of a negative test result is MANDATORY : RT-PCR (less than 72 hours prior to boarding) or an antigenic test (less than 48 hours prior to boarding) for any passenger , even for kids from 05 years of age or older. The only antigenic tests that can be validly submitted are those for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 N protein. These tests are the responsibility of the passenger
  • Insurance coverage: travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage strongly recommended
  • Landing and health form;
Reunion > South Africa

Wearing a face mask is still mandatory on board our aircraft and upon arrival at the airport.

Since June 23rd 2022, South African authorities no longer require proof of vaccination or an RT-PCR test to enter South Africa.

In addition, the current travel conditions require the following mandatory measures:

  • Pre-filled health questionnaire is no more requested any more
  • Insurance : travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage strongly recommended
  • Download the COVID Alert South Africa application. The application has been set up by the South African authorities to alert any user if they have been in contact with another user who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days. The application is completely anonymous, and does not collect any personal information.
  • Travellers arriving from France do not need to quarantine themselves on arrival in South Africa.

Arrival in Johannesburg

Control procedures have been put in place for arrivals, departures and transit passengers.
Passengers must comply with additional control measures demanded by the authorities.
If the passenger has symptoms related to COVID-19 upon arrival, he/she will be required to a mandatory COVID-19 test at his/her expense.

Persons showing symptoms of Covid-19 will be quarantined for 10 days. This quarantine is carried out in places designated by the South African authorities and the cost of quarantine is the responsibility of the traveler.

South African authorities have lifted the mask requirement and restrictions on gatherings.

Reunion > Seychelles

Wearing a face mask is still mandatory on board our aircraft and upon arrival at the airport.

Fully Vaccinated or recent past infection
Passengers Aged 18y+ - primary series (2 doses typically) + booster, if >6 months has passed from completion of primary series. For passengers aged 12-18y – primary series only.

Travel documents:

  • Fully vaccinated travellers : No need for pre-travel negative COVID-19 test.
  • Not Fully Vaccinated or Never vaccinated : Negative COVID-19 PCR test done within 72h before departure or Negative COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test within 24h before departure (children under age 12 are exempted).
  • Online Travel Authorization is required prior to boarding flights to Seychelles. Visitors must submit their negative PCR test results, flight and accommodation details for Travel Authorization before departure. Visitors must submit their application for approval through the designated platform at this link : https://seychelles.govtas.com. This travel authorisation is compulsory for all travellers 
  • Visitors must ensure that accommodation bookings are made only at licensed establishments or liveaboards that have been certified by the Public Health Authority. Refer to the list of certified accommodation The list of certified liveaboards is also available on our website www.tourism.gov.sc
  • Visitors must have valid travel health insurance that covers at minimum COVID-19 testing, isolation, quarantine and clinical care.
Reunion > Comoros

Wearing a face mask is still mandatory on board our aircraft and upon arrival at the airport.

  • Proof of vaccination. It will only be valid if it proves that you are fully vaccinated, i.e.: Seven days after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxevria and Covishield)); Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson); Seven days after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary). Only vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) (Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)), or AstraZeneca (Covishield) will be accepted.3

  • Presentation of a negative test result is MANDATORY for all passengers, RT-PCR only  (less than 72 hours prior to boarding)
  • Moroni entry form (to be presented upon arrival)
  • Insurance coverage: travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage strongly recommended
Reunion > India

It is still compulsory to wear a mask on board our aircraft and on arrival at airports.

Vaccinated passengers : fully vaccinated travellers with a vaccination certificate issued by one of the countries on the list of recognised countries* are exempt from the RT-PCR test
Proof of full vaccination must be uploaded on the portal Air Suvidha Portal, prior to the flight departure.

Passengers who have not been vaccinated or not fully vaccinated passengers must upload of a negative RT-PCR test, carried out 72 hours before flight departure, on the online portal : Air Suvidha Portal. Ths is measure is mandatory for all passengers over 5 years of age

All passengers (adults, childre, infants) have to submit a Self Declaration Form prior to travel on Air Suvidha Portal. Printed copies will be requested on arrival in India.
