General conditions of carriage
Passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas and specific permits which may be required under the legal and regulatory provisions in force in departure, arrival and transit States, and must comply with the requirements of the authorities of these countries regarding immigration and border checks.
The Carrier may not be held liable for the consequences suffered by Passengers in the event of failure to comply with the obligations referred to in the paragraph above.

Fast and easy
- Online check-in is available 24 hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure time and closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure for all passengers,
- Choose your own seat : available for up to 9 passengers (adults and children) who are travelling together on the same booking,
- Your boarding pass : print out your boarding pass and those of any passengers travelling with you. You can also e-email your baording pass tou yourself or someone who can print it out for you*,
- Dedicated "@ baggage drop-off desk" at the airport, if you have to chek in baggage.
- If you travel with hand baggage only, you can save time at the airport : just take your boarding pass and your travel documents, then continue through security and go straight to your gate at the airport.

Some passengers do not qualify for online check in
- Passengers travelling with infants
- Passengers who are departing from airports which do not provide the option of online check-in;
- unaccompanied minors
- Passengers who need a particular assistance
- Group bookings with more than 9 passengers
- Passengers travelling with a pet

When you go to the airport, take your printed boarding pass and travel documents with you.
You can also collect the boarding pass at a Check-in desk
If you only have hand baggage, continue through security to departures.
