- either an authorization of exit the French territory (to realize with the town council of the child residence)
- or an official document proving that the persons are related if the name of the child is different from that of the accompanying parent.
- Minor child, french national, from 15 years of age up to 18 :
- have a nominative passport
- or a valid national ID card with photo and :
- either an authorization of exit the French territory (to realize with the town council)
- or an official document proving that the persons are related if the name of the child is different from that of the accompanying parent.
