How to collect your train ticket?

On your Air Austral air ticket, the connection with the train route is included.

For the train ticket, please go to the Train + Air counter in the TGV INOUI train station, at least 20 minutes prior to schedule of departure.

Travel documents:

• Your e-ticket: print two copies
  • one for the Train + Air agent,
  • you keep the other one on hand during your journey.

• Valid ID document: passport, ID card

You missed the train or you would like to go directly to the airport?

You travel by train then by air:

It is compulsory to go the train station of departure, at the Train + Air desk, to validate your electronic ticket.

Otherwise, Air Austral reserves the right to cancel your tickets for you entire flight, without refund.

You travel by air then by train:

Due to a flight delay you missed the train : it is compulsory to produce your electronic tickets at the Train + Air desk in the TGV INOUI rail station. Another seat in the next available train, will be offered.
