Pre-selection of special meal

For healthy or religious purpose, you can request a special meal. This service is offered only on our long-haul flights :

• child
• infant
• low salt food
• muslim meal
• sea food meal
• vegetarian meal (without meat, poultry, fish and dairy products)
• vegetarian meal (lacto-ovo)

We invite you to confirm your special meal request, at least, 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of departure of your flight. Please contact our call center team : +33 825 013 012 (15 cts eur/min inclusive of tax)

Pre-select your seat

This service is available for all passengers, whatever the cabin, and free.

• Seats situated near exit issues can be assigned, only at airport.
• Pre-selected seats are not guaranteed if the passenger does not check in before the time limit mentioned on his ticket.
• Air Austral reserves the right to modify the pre-selection of the passenger for any operational reason : balance of aircraft, change of aircraft,...

Bassinets

During long-haul flights, Air Austral offers bassinets on board : Boeing 777.

Bassinets are attributed only at the moment of check-in.

They are attributed in priority to the youngest infants, then, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Weight limit : 10 kg max. - Height limit : 80 cm max.

Otherwise, you infant will travel on on the parent or guardian's lap.
