In order to make easier the families displacements, following a death, Air Austral proposes reduced prices for flights between Reunion France hexagonale and Mayotte France hexagonale and Mayotte Reunion Island both ways.

The rates, subject to availability in « Loisirs » class, will be granted to the relatives of the deceased (first-degree relatives in the direct ascending or descending line) who have to move very urgently to attend the funeral.

Required documents

The family members will have to provide a copy of the death certificate, with a document proving the relationship (birth certificate , family book, etc...)

Fare rules:

• Access to the lower level of tariff in the price list (excluding promotion)
• The duration of the stay must not exceed 14 days
• In case of dates change : no penalties
• In case of cancellation : full refund
