Before your arrival at the airport for your departure, pcheck and keep with you the following documents:
- your e-ticket
- identity document, communicated in your booking file

Long-haul flights
- Check-in starts 3h before scheduled departure time
- Check-in ends 1h before scheduled departure time
Regional flights
- Check-in starts :
- 3h before scheduled departure time - for a flight operated by B777
- 2h before scheduled departure time - for a flight operated by B737
- 1h30 before scheduled departure time - for a flight operated by ATR
- Check-in ends : 45 minutes before scheduled departure time
