In addition to tariffs already proposed with your disability or priority card, Air Austral offers a membership card, an access to subscriber preferential tariffs, and your "welcoming points" are doubled on the Capricorn fidelity program. The accompanying person, if it is specified on your card, enjoys the same preferential tariffs.

Aboard each of our planes, you will find dedicated seats, that you will have booked: aisle seats, seats near our staff or toilets...

With your membership card, you benefit from a dedicated check-in counter.
Your baggage
- Free of charge 1 additional piece of luggage in the class of reservation (not valid on Light fare without luggage, EWA and Tsaradia flights) :
23 kg in Loisirs class and 2 pieces of luggage 23 kg in Confort class
32 kg in Club Austral - 2nd mobility aid (wheelchair, shower chair, etc.) free of charge
- Free transport of batteries and electric wheelchairs
Important : These advantages do not extend to connecting flights ( other airlines )
Additional insurance for your checked-baggage
In case of more than 12 hours delay in baggage delivery;
In case of damage on your wheelchair during your flight : Air Austral takes in charge the repair, with temporary replacement in Reunion, Mayotte and Paris.
These services are additional to the medical clearances asked for the transport on Air Austral flights.
