Once your Handi Austral details have been registered with our service, you will benefit from at least the Evasion card status.

• Dedicated seats on board, on each of our aircraft, seats located in the aisle, near our cabin crew, or close to the restrooms are allocated to you upon booking.
  Access to two-seater rows is subject to availability.
• Priority check-in desk access
• Checked baggage benefits

  • Free additionnal piece of baggage valid in your booking class(not applicable to Light Fares withour baggage,student fares whicg already include two 23kg bags,or Ewa Air flights)
    • Loisirs (Economy) Class:Baggage allowance indicated on your ticket +1 free 23kg bag
    • Confort (premium Economy) class: Baggage allowance indicated on your ticket + 1 free 23kg bag
    • Club Austral (Business) Class: Baggage allowance indicated on your ticket + 1 free 32kg bag

Important: These benefits do not apply to the baggage allowance of connecting flights operated by other airlines.

• Priority baggage delivery A priority tag will be attached to your luggage during check-in.
• Seat selection "Standard" seats (aisle or window seats located in the front rows of the Loisirs cabin) are offered to you free of charge (subject to seat availability).

"Emergency exit" seats cannot be assigned to passengers with reduced mobility and/or those with a permanent or temporary disability.
